How to close your account and what happens to your data.
How to close your account
Cancel any paid plan in Settings first, then email support@tradercheqin.com from the address on your account and ask us to close it. We confirm by email before anything is removed.
What we delete
Your profile, handle, commitments, check-ins, journal notes, chart-read results and broker link. We also disconnect your broker account from our read-only connection.
What we keep
Payment and invoice records, and security or audit records, for as long as law or fraud prevention requires. Where we keep records, we remove what identifies you if we can.
Timing
We aim to finish within 30 days of confirming your request.
