Refund Policy
When CHEQ-IN refunds payments.
Mentor applications
If your Mentor application is not approved, the Mentor fee you paid is refunded in full.
Approved mentors who cancel
If you cancel after approval, we don't refund the current month. Your desk stays open until the end of that paid month, and you won't be charged again.
Membership
Cancelling Membership stops future renewals. You keep Membership until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged by mistake or twice, contact support@tradercheqin.com and we will put it right.
